Classic California living.
Toluca Townhouse One was the first condominium development in Southern California, and boasted state-of-the-art architecture, floor plans, and amenities. It introduced a new era of modern shared living.
Today, it remains in its faithful 36-unit layout, with well manicured grounds and a pool exclusively for Toluca Townhouse residents. Need to get in touch with our HOA board? Use the “Contact Us” button in the upper right hand corner to get started.
